Where exactly is Bear House Uludağ located?
Bear House Uludağ is located in the Osmangazi district of Bursa, in the Kirazlı area. Our facility is situated right on Uludağ Yolu (No:837). Since it is located on the main road leading from the city center up to the mountain, it is a very easily accessible bungalow facility.
How far is it to the Uludağ Ski Center and slopes?
Our bungalow is approximately a 15 to 25-minute drive to the Uludağ Ski Center and the Hotels Zone. Since we are on the main road to the summit, our guests planning a winter holiday can start their day at home and reach the ski slopes in a short time.
Is winter transportation difficult? Can I come with my own car?
Yes, you can easily arrive with your own vehicle. Since Bear House is directly on the main Uludağ asphalt road, the roads are kept clear and salted continuously during the winter months. It is one of the most accessible mountain house options in Bursa during winter.
Is there public transportation or taxi service available?
Yes. Uludağ minibuses (60-K) and taxis departing from Bursa city center pass right in front of our facility. There is easy access to both the city and the summit for our guests traveling without a vehicle.

Bungalow features, heating, and living space
Is the garden shared? Will there be other guests?
No, the garden is strictly unshared. Bear House is a boutique accommodation area with a 300 m² private garden that is completely unshared and entirely yours. No one else will be in the area during your stay.
How is the house heated in winter? Will it be cold?
The insulation of our bungalow has been built to high standards suited for winter conditions. There is a modern and powerful heating system inside the house. Even in the cold mountain air, the inside remains extremely warm and comfortable.
How many people can stay in the house? Can families stay?
Our bungalow home standardly offers accommodation for up to 4 people. With its unshared and isolated structure, it provides both a romantic nature holiday for couples and a safe, peaceful Uludağ mountain house experience for families with children.
What electronics and kitchenware are inside?
So our guests can experience the comfort of home, our bungalow includes a refrigerator, stove, basic kitchen utensils, plate/cutlery sets, and 24-hour uninterrupted hot water. The necessary setup is available to prepare your own meals.
What are the security measures? Is there parking?
Yes, we have a private parking area where you can safely park your vehicle. Our facility is isolated from the outside, and the necessary landscaping has been arranged for the safety and privacy of our guests.
Are pets allowed?
Although our private garden structure seems appealing for our furry friends, in order to maintain our indoor hygiene standards at the highest level for every guest, pets are not accepted at our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

Can we light our own BBQ in the garden?
Yes, you can. For our guests looking for a bungalow with BBQ facilities in Bursa, we have a fully equipped barbecue area in our private garden. By bringing your own meat and supplies, you can enjoy a BBQ accompanied by nature on our covered patio.
Is breakfast included? Is there room service?
We offer a breakfast option that can be added to your accommodation package upon request. If you wish, your breakfast can be served directly to your bungalow. You can clarify the details via WhatsApp during the reservation process.
Can we order food from outside?
Yes. Guests who do not wish to prepare their own meals or barbecue can easily order grilled items, pizzas, and other hot meals to the bungalow from the restaurant located just 20 meters away.
Are there grocery stores nearby?
You can use the local kiosks in the Kirazlı area for minor needs. However, we recommend doing your extensive grocery shopping for a BBQ (meat, drinks, etc.) in the Bursa city center before entering the mountain road.
BOOKING & POLICIES
Check-in times and reservation process
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM). The check-out time is by 11:00 AM at the latest. The time in between is necessary for thoroughly cleaning and preparing the bungalow and garden for our new guests.
Do you require a deposit or prepayment for booking?
Yes, we require a certain amount of prepayment (deposit) to confirm your reservation and block the dates under your name. You can pay the remaining balance in cash or via wire transfer at the facility on your check-in day.
Do you offer daily rental or hourly usage?
No. Bear House Uludağ strictly provides overnight accommodation services. We do not rent for hourly use or solely for BBQ/garden use. Our goal is to provide our guests with a full-day relaxing space.
Do you provide decorations for special occasions?
For special events like marriage proposals, birthdays, or anniversaries, you can bring an outside event company or do your own decorations. We do not provide extra decoration services as a facility, but we provide the space for such organizations.
